I have fished most trout waters - tiny streams on Dartmoor,
the Chalksteams of the South, many of the larger reservoirs
and many small intimate stillwaters.
Perhaps however, my most memorable trip was to the
Kanectoc river in Alaska where I caught over 100 Pacific
salmon in a week!
I also caught Grayling, Leopard Rainbows and Dolly Varden
char! (Every fish returned!)
I started fly-fishing about 35 years ago, and soon joined
evening classes to learn Fly-Dressing.
I am a fully qualified instructor in fly-fishing and casting, in
the Autumn & Winter I teach Fly-tying at evening classes.

I have fished for nearly sixty years - starting coarse fishing at
the age of six, I still love fishing for Carp, Tench and Barbel
but most of my fishing is now fly-fishing!
